Shipping policy

After an order is placed, you can expect your products packaged and in the mail within 24 hours of the Museum's next day open. The online gift shop shares inventory with the Museum's physical gift shop, so online orders are taken from that stock and then packaged. The Museum is lucky to be so close to a post office, but due to our operating hours conflicting with drop off times for USPS, some orders might not be scanned and processed until 48 hours after fulfillment by staff.

The Museum's online gift shop offers in store pick up within our general admission hours and offers domestic shipping to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Please keep in mind that non-contiguous states and territories may take longer to arrive, so take that into account when choosing your shipping speed at checkout. 

Orders may take longer to be fulfilled if the Museum is closed or short staffed. If you need your order fulfilled and to arrive expeditiously, please choose a non-standard shipping method and leave a note for staff before completing your order. Once orders are fulfilled on our end, you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use as a reference for your order's delivery. Please check with USPS via your tracking number first if you see any issues with your order once it is en route.
