Benito loves Perro.

Judith Valdés B. is a Mexican American author, born and raised in a pueblo full of vibrant colors and traditions. Currently living in Mexico City, Judith celebrates her cultural roots through storytelling. An Ofrenda for Perro is her debut picture book.
Carlos Vélez Aguilera is an illustrator based in Mexico City, Mexico. He graduated from the National School of Plastic Arts and has illustrated more than twenty children's books, including his graphic novel Salón Destino.
